- Participate in and support all research activities aimed at creating special services for motorcyclists and developing road-based motorcycles as legitimate recreational and transportation means
- Lead tours organized under the values of FOMS and manage the rules applicable to them
- Lead and support specific international championships specifically designated for tour riders
- Coordinate and manage non-competitive motorcycle-related activities in collaboration with domestic and international organizations active in this field
- Establish close cooperation with other non-sports committees
